STORAGE AND FEES POLICY

At Cobra’s Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide exceptional service and convenience for all our clients. As a courtesy, we offer limited temporary storage at our shop for vehicles, motorcycles, boats, and RVs while they are scheduled for detailing. To ensure we maintain adequate space and security for all our customers, we strictly enforce the following Storage and Fee Policy.

  1. Protective Covers - While your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV, is being stored or in for detailing service, Cobra's Mobile Detailing will not install any protective covers whether or not the cover shows damage. This policy is protect the integrity of your finish and detailing service. We do not place any covers, including both interior and exterior coverage, on any vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV, because doing so introduces a high risk of scratching or marring the finish.
  2. Pre-Service Storage Fees - We ask that you drop off your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV no earlier than your scheduled appointment date. If a vehicle is dropped off or delivered to the shop prior to the scheduled service date, a daily storage fee of $25.00 per day will accrue starting from the day it is dropped off until the detailing service begins.
  3. Courtesy Storage - While your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV is actively being detailed by our team, no storage fees will apply.
  4. Same-Day Pickup - It is your responsibility that your vehicle be picked up on the same day you receive notification that your detailing service is complete. Once your detailing service is complete and you have been notified that your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV is ready for pickup, you are expected to pick it up on that same day. Under special circumstances, Cobra’s Mobile Detailing may grant a two (2) day grace period for you to retrieve your property, but any balance on your account is due in full on the same day the service is completed.
  5. Post-Service Storage Fees – If your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV is not picked up on time, storage fees will commence at a daily storage fee of $25.00 per day, the day following your completion notification. These fees will continue to accrue each day until the vehicle is picked up.
  6. Post-Completion Services – If your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV is not picked up on time, and subsequently accumulates interior or exterior dust, water spots, or dirt while waiting outside on our premises, Cobra's Mobile Detailing does not provide any free re-cleans, touch-ups, washes, or refresh services. Any such post-completion services requested shall be charged to you, the Client, at the discretion of Cobra’s Mobile Detailing.
  7. Payment Prior to Release and Right of Possession - 100% payment is due prior to the vehicle being picked up. This includes the full cost of the detailing services rendered, plus any and all accrued storage fees. Vehicles will not be released under any circumstances until the balance is paid in full. We reserve our right to collect full payment prior to release of the vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV; the right to not voluntarily hand over the keys; and the right not to allow the vehicle to leave our lot. Any forced removal of a vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV without 100% payment in full may be reported immediately to law enforcement.
  8. Unpaid Balances and Lien Actions - If your detailing and storage charges remain unpaid, a legal claim on the vehicle officially becomes effective either at the exact time we present you with a written statement of charges, or 15 days after the detailing is completed, whichever happens first. If a vehicle is abandoned, we cannot hold it indefinitely. To enforce our claim and recoup our money, our shop reserves the right to file a court action or apply to the DMV for authorization to conduct a lien sale within 30 days after the claim has arisen.
  9. Liability Waiver, Indemnification, and Environmental Exposure - While we take the utmost care of your property during service, Cobra's Mobile Detailing is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur while your vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or RV is at our shop. Furthermore, completed vehicles awaiting pickup are parked outside and are inherently subject to natural environmental conditions. We are not responsible for covering your vehicle to protect it from getting dusty, rained on, or exposed to other weather elements while it is waiting on our lot for pickup. By leaving your vehicle or property in our care, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Cobra's Mobile Detailing harmless from any and all liability. You further acknowledge and agree that you maintain your own active insurance policy to adequately cover your property against any damage, loss, or theft while it remains on our premises.

Cobra’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for the accelerated wear or failure of coatings on high-heat areas due to the inherent risk of coating materials being subjected to flash heat temperatures above and beyond a coating's rated thermal limit. By opting-in to the high-heat upgrade, the Customer assumes all liability for damage to the parts or the coatings due to the inherent risk of applying ceramic coating to parts subject to extreme heat.
