CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All services are by appointment only and require a security deposit to hold the time slot. For appointment cancellations made with four weeks or more notice from the scheduled appointment date deposits may be refundable at the sole discretion of the CMD. There are no refunds without at least four weeks notice. For cancellations made with a minimum of two weeks notice the appointment may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of CMD. For appointment cancellations made with less than two weeks notice the deposit is forfeited and there are no refunds.
